Under his leadership, the practice continues to expand alongside Baldwin County while remaining committed to delivering world-class orthopaedic care through a team of fellowship-trained physicians and an experienced clinical staff.
Will’s passion for healthcare began in an unexpected way. During a childhood hunting trip, he watched a family friend who was a medical student clean a deer and was fascinated by his knowledge of anatomy and biology. That moment sparked an early interest in medicine, which later evolved into a passion for the business of healthcare and the opportunity to improve patient care through strong leadership.
