For Melissa Sprinkle, caring for people has never been limited to one career or role. From healthcare and wedding planning to real estate, education and community service, helping others has remained a constant. At the heart of it all is her family: husband Spencer and their children, Parker, 15, and Maddie, 13.
An Alabama native and University of Alabama nursing graduate, Melissa spent 15 years in healthcare before expanding into event planning and real estate. She continues to coordinate weddings while serving as a REALTOR® with Elite Real Estate Solutions-Gulf Coast. Working throughout Baldwin and Mobile counties, she approaches real estate with a simple philosophy: her clients’ goals become her goals.
As Executive Director of the Spanish Fort Education Enrichment Foundation, Melissa supports enrichment opportunities for students in Spanish Fort public schools while strengthening connections among schools, families and the community.
