Arcelia Miller

Since becoming Executive Director of Under His Wings in 2019, Arcelia Miller has guided the ministry with a vision rooted in compassion, faith, and strong leadership. Under her direction, the organization has expanded its mission of supporting young women across Baldwin County by addressing trauma, nurturing resilience, and empowering families.

Miller’s background is both diverse and impressive. A former U.S. Air Force commissioned officer, she went on to become a consultant, leadership coach, and homeschool mom while serving at Under His Wings. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from George Washington University and a Master’s in Quality Systems Management. She is also certified as a Biblical Counselor and trained as a Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) practitioner.
